Ms, Poonam is a Chartered accountant with 20-plus years of experience. She is well-versed in financial auditing, Her experience covers Banking, mining,  manufacturing, trading verticals, and areas like taxation,  loan Syndication. She acts as a Tax and financial consultant for several SMEs.

Dr. Meraj Inamdar is a Ph.D from IIT Mumbai in ESG integration, he is a faculty at the National Institute of Securities  Markets (NiSM), an educational wing of the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI).  He has published several technical papers on ESG in leading journals. He is a regular speaker on various industrial forums and a top voice of sustainability, especially Indian regulation (BRSR)

Dr. Gagana Behari Sahoo is a banking veteran with over 32 years of experience at Union Bank and IDBI Bank, rising from Development Manager to Vice President. He is recognized for his expertise in strategic innovation, IT transformation, and ESG practices, driven by his motto "Try for excellence." His contributions span general and retail banking, IT product development, large-scale project implementation (including Finacle), digital lending, and risk management. Dr. Sahoo strongly advocates for sustainable finance, governance, and social responsibility, leading initiatives in community development, financial inclusion, and green banking. He holds a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology and various professional certifications (CAIIB, PMP, IICA, ESG), demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and impactful leadership. 

Dr. Rintu Anthony is a finance and financial risk professor at Rajagiri Business School, Kochi, and a guest faculty member at many notable higher educational institutions. She holds a Ph.D from IIT Madras (Chennai). She has published several papers on ESG impacts on corporations, with the central theme of her work being ESGs' impact on corporate finance, notably on liquidity and credit risk management. Some of her papers are  Dissecting E, S, and G for risk mitigation: insights from the term structure of CDS, Rippling effect of liquidity risk in the sovereign term structure

Ms.Catalina Fernández del Castillo Kasten is an independent consultant on sustainability and political policy. She is a practicing consultant at Kasten Consulting. She worked to develop the environmental pillar of the first national ESG/sustainability reporting standards for non-listed companies in Mexico. Presented the CINIF's groundbreaking sustainability initiative at the UN leading to the ISAR Honours Award 2022 from the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development in Geneva, Switzerland. Mexican Financial and Sustainability Reporting Standards Board (CINIF).

 She worked as a Sustainability Reporting Consultant at "Asociación de Bancos de México ABM, A. C."·  on a consulting project " ESG metrics analysis and alignment" of the financial sector's sustainability reporting with regulatory standards.

 At present she is with  the Inter-American Development Bank, Washington, DC, managing a project on S1&S2 Reporting, She has been selected for the IFRS -ISSB Reference Group

Ms.Mahe Goguillon comes with 15 years of experiance in CSR and Sustainability, holds CESGA certification (European Certified ESG Analyst), with expertise in gap analysis, double materiality, CSRD, and other sustainability regulations,received advanced training in high-intensity negotiation and climate-related topics, such as being a certified facilitator for the Climate Fresk initiative. An expert in sustainable development and impact measurement (trained atESSEC Paris). She holds a degree in Management and Leadership for SMEs from CRP Consulting and completed a vocational training program in business management (BTS).At present she is a consultant at RSE partner France
