The Sustainability Clinic is a multi-step program that e mpowers SMEs to embrace sustainability.
Step 1: Initial Consultation (Free):
Information Gathering: Clinic staff will gather basic information about the company, its industry, and its current environmental and social practices.
Benefits and Expectations: A clear explanation of the program's benefits, including cost structure (if any), will be provided.
Step 2: Sustainability Assessment (Optional, Fee-based):
In-depth Evaluation: Trained professionals will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the company's sustainability performance across key areas such as Energy Consumption, Resource efficiency, waste, Supply chain, employee Well Being and Community engagement
Report and Recommendations: The assessment will identify areas of strength and areas for improvement. A detailed report outlining the assessment findings and tailored recommendations for improvement will be provided.
Step 3: Roadmap Development (Optional, Fee-based):
The Clinic team will work collaboratively with the SME to develop a customized sustainability roadmap. Setting clear, measurable goals and targets for key sustainability aspects is crucial. The roadmap will outline specific actions, timelines, and resource allocation for achieving defined goals.
Implementation Support: The Clinic can offer ongoing support during the implementation phase, including guidance on resource allocation, best practices, and potential partnerships. SME who has no adequate manpower and yet are willing to implement ESG practices can utilize our Managed Sustainability Services Program
